Los Angeles, CA – StrikeAd, Inc. (“StrikeAd” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Sizmek Inc. (“Sizmek”).

Founded in 2010 in New York City, StrikeAd built the world’s first dedicated mobile Demand-Side Platform (“DSP”), Fusion. The Company’s DSP empowers media agencies to manage large-scale mobile ad campaigns from multiple advertisers on a single, integrated platform. The Company’s programmatic Real-Time Bidding platform enables mobile advertisers, brands, and agencies to plan, optimize, deliver, and evaluate their campaigns across multiple devices. StrikeAd’s Fusion platform offers users the ability to track behavior beyond the click and is currently utilized by five of the top six global trading desks. Sizmek intends to integrate StrikeAd into the Sizmek MDX platform as part of its DSP Connect initiative, which focuses on streamlining the media buying process through the integration of multiple Demand-Side Platforms.
